Paths bay launch

From April 2026, Vectorisation Supplier starts publishing editorial path notes in the catalogue. South African print, sign, and CNC teams can now reference recent standard changes and see what shipped before the next job arrives.

Why editorial path notes now

Most South African sign and CNC shops have run into last-minute surprises: a supplier swaps a vinyl stock, the sign bay gets new aluminium, or the embroidery machine heads need a different DXF path. By publishing editorial path notes alongside the live catalogue, we show what changed, when, and how it affects the vectors you order. Our notes highlight any supplier switch, path adjustment, or pack update that can catch you off guard at the job card stage. Instead of hunting through old messages or waiting for a follow-up, you’ll have a single reference for current production standards.

The new notes help floor teams, freelancers, and owners compare what’s in the delivery with what’s actually been agreed, especially if a regular supplier changes something mid-week. You can always browse the catalogue for new path packs, or check the Offers page for specials linked to these updates.

Who benefits from live path updates

These editorial path notes target the practical needs of Gauteng and coastal teams who rely on quick, accurate vectors for plotters, engravers, and flatbed printers. Sign rooms managing the morning delivery, or print bays dealing with load-shedding dropouts, get straight answers on which file standard or supplier is current. Freelancers and owner-operators juggling municipal paperwork or tight print runs avoid uncertainty when a path spec suddenly shifts.

Whether you’re in Bloemfontein prepping a batch before a municipal tender deadline, or in Durban adapting files for coastal humidity, these updates remove guesswork. If your next order relies on consistent, up-to-date artwork, you’ll have a log of every change affecting your job.

How teams use the path notes

Each note is short, clear, and only names what has shipped or changed. There are no invented awards. The focus is practical: which formats or suppliers are in use, which paths have been redrawn, and what’s now standard for repeat jobs. Path notes appear in the relevant Paths catalogue sections and also go out to regulars as part of weekly site updates.

Operators can reference these notes before the next file lands in the inbox. They’re particularly useful for checking stencil packs, embroidery outlines, or logo redraws before the presses roll or the laser cutter warms up. Gallery before and after lets you review changes visually, especially on complex logo stitch-outs or layered CNC signage.

What changes with this launch

From 4 April 2026, editorial path notes become a standing part of our vector catalogue. When a supplier changes a vinyl, a format spec shifts, or a standard path set gets an update, we log it here. Each update is compiled by our Woodstock, Cape Town studio and shared with the Germiston office. There’s no guesswork or silence if a pack arrives different from last month’s batch.

Showrooms in Cape Town and Mimosa Park will begin referencing these notes during customer visits, so you always know the latest spec. For live showroom details, check studio hours in Woodstock or Crest hours at Mimosa.

What happens next

You can expect regular updates in the Press section, as well as flagged notices inside the catalogue whenever a key path or supplier changes. Teams who prefer a quick summary can email us at vector@vectorisation.co.za for the latest editorial note round-up.

This is not a one-off release. We’ll keep evolving the notes based on feedback from the floor, so your sign or CNC bay never has to guess at which standard is live. For interviews or questions, email vector@vectorisation.co.za and our Germiston office will respond.
